"All Because" Framed! (Photos a lot)

Hello friends, suddenly the weather here has been fine and very warm nowadays, it's so nice to go outside, but unfortunately it started raining from this evening and it will keep raining until tomorrow.
We're gonna visit my auntie from Friday so hopefully the weather will be fine again!

Anyway, I've finished framing "All Because" © Imaginating Wedding Sampler for my dear friend Aya and handed it to her in person!
As this design was her choice, she was so pleased to have it IRL and it made me so happy, too!

Unfortunately the day I've taken these photos the weather was very gloomy, so these photos don't show colours justice but the frame and mat are just like this.

Colours are a little bit more lighter than there photos and look more cheerfully and sweet IRL.
I'm hiding their names sorry it looks messy, though...

This photo above is close up photo of the frame I've chosen, isn't this beautiful for the wedding sampler?!
Can you see many of hearts around the edge of this frame?
I think it really suits for happy wedding theme!

My friend Aya was quite surprised as she doesn't know about cross stitch and she said "It's just like what I saw on the web site when I've chosen this design, amazing!", and this her words made me very proud of myself!

I'm always quite anxious to present cross stitch stuff to friends as I don't know if they like this kind of hand made gift, but this time I've asked her to choose the design, so I didn't need to feel anxious to present this to her! :D

Now my Christmas rose in my tiny garden are full blooming and they are just beautiful.
I'm happy to take photos with flowers.

And also these flowers are my favourite to look at everyday which was planted by myself, I will show you whole thing of this plant.

This photo above is the whole framed piece to show you, it's more bright and I'm satisfied about this result!

Here are some photos of what I planted the other day, one above photo is what I planted in the basket which was made by my mum, I planted wire plants, viola, snowdrops, hyacinth, now hyacinth are full blooming so will cut them and put them in the vase tomorrow!
I love how this turned out and am so satisfied about the result.

And also here is my favourite flower Lilly of the Valley, it looks so elegant and innocent and I really love it, but unfortunately mine has done already...
Should get them one more time!

Take care friends and thanks for stopping by.
I'm sorry that I haven't been replying you all yet, will write you when I have enough time!

Until next time, see you!

"All Because" © Imaginating Finished!

Hi, how have you been?
I've changed my top banner to wide this blog size to show photos more bigger, how is it?

Anyway, I was concentrating on "All because" to finish and finally the time has come!
I've finished all the cross stitch part and was working on full of backstitch which was so hard!

As I'm not good at stitching backstitch, I felt it was quite hard to finish, can you imagine the photo below is the one that was stitched all the cross stitch part.
Ah, this was also filled with so many 1/4 stitch which I don't really like!

 [Before]

[After]

All the other part was filled with back stitch and french knots, once I felt I don't know whether if I can finish this or not, but once I got used to do backstitch it was quite fun to finish this!

I said I don't really like 1/4 stitch and am not good at doing backstitch, but as seeing this finished piece these special stitch made this piece beautiful in the end, don't you think?
I've added my co-worker (ex co-worker) also my dear friend Aya's name also husband's name and the date of their marriage.

My dear friend Aya has chose this design so I know she likes this design but I hope she will love my work, too!
I've already bought a frame for this, so it would suit to this finished piece and hope Aya would be happy to have this!

Thanks for stopping by and take care and have a lovely Sunday!
Until next time, see you!

Freebie : Soot plus White © Bent Creek

Hi, thanks for stopping by and thanks for your lovely comments for my past posts.
Since my friend has told me that there are some Freebies on © Bent Creek blog "Bent Creek Life", I couldn't resist to stitch this cute design!

The name of this design is "Soot plus White", these colors are over dyed threads name that chart called for, but unfortunately I didn't have them in my stash so I've used "Peacock" by Carrie's Creation and "Oatmeal" by WDW instead of them.

I also didn't have the right frame for this finished piece, size also the color, so have added two layers of fabrics for the background then colored the frame from natural to white.

I think I've edited these photos too much, so they don't show colors justice, IRL they're more darker.
I also added gingham check ribbon around the stitched piece, pearl beads etc, to make it more lovely look.

I think this photo above is the most closest color to show you.
I wish I could have the right frame like © Bent Creek Life shows on their blog, I like this stitched piece but I don't think it does suit for this layered fabric and also this frame... shame!

Here is my WIP for my dear friend's wedding.
I asked her to tell me honestly what she wants for her wedding gift as I knew she has most of everything she needs already, and she made me surprise, she asked me to stitch something about wedding!

I have stitched for another co-worker's wedding before, but my dear friend saw it for few minutes but she remembered my work and asked me to do it for her, too!
It's so honored to be asked to stitch for someone's important anniversary.

I asked her what kind of design she wants, and she chose this design "All Because" © Imaginating.
At the moment, I've just finished all the cross stitch part, can you believe all the other parts were filled with back stitch...
It's hard to finish soon, but it's gonna be beautiful in the end!!

Recently I've been cleaning up my house and have found many of grandparents stuff.
I love old things so am collecting them and displaying in my room now.

Old Japanese wooden bobbins, bowls, etc...
I will reuse them as interior.

Thank you for your visit!
Take care and have a lovely week ahead.
