Regarding my disease... 病気のこと

Hi, thank you always for your visit.
Today I confess that I have been suffering from disease named "Sjögren syndrome (Sjogrne Syndrome)" - incurable disease.
As you may know that I have been suffering from many symptoms for these few years, and it was found by many of tests the other day.

I remember that so many people worried about me and my health, gave me e-mails, comments, and messages through facebook, thank you so much for your words of encouragement and thoughtfulness.

Now I'm OK, although have been suffering various symptoms everyday.
Before then I didn't know what is happening on my body, so I was confused and  complained so much, but now I know what I have, how I am and why I'm tired and why I have pain.

Sometime, I will write about my health here on my blog, but in Japanese as you know that I'm not good enough to write difficult things in English. :p

Thank you again so much for your warm heart.
Just wanted to let you know about this.

Thanks, xx

そして何より、今まで体調不良の度、なかなかステッチも捗らなくなり、心配してメールやコメント、 facebook で、「体の調子は大丈夫?」と聞いて下さった方々へのご報告を兼ねて・・・

I also have an autoimmune disease, though mine goes into remission more often than Sjogren Syndrome. Good luck dealing with it, and try to stay healthy!

My mother-in-law has Sjogren's and another autoimmune disease. Here Sjogren's manifests itself mostly with the lack of saliva and tears, and the occasional swollen salivary gland. Best of luck!

I work in a hospital Yuko and our surgeon tells everyone that green tea is the best thing to support and build a healthy immune system.
I'm so sorry to hear this news, I will pray for you and your little sweetie.
Take care my darling friend

I am so sorry you have this difficult disease. A friend at work suffers with it also. She is now on medical leave and we hope she can have less stress and focus on her family. I hope you can be stress free too, but i know that is very hard to do. Good wishes sent your way.

Dear Yuko,
I'm sorry that you have such a disease, but on the other hand is very good to have a diagnosis, know the name of the syndrom and learn how you can fight against it. I'm sure you'll manage with it and send my best wishes to you.
Love from Spain,

Thank you so much for your warm heart.
"Green Tea" is a Japanese traditional tea!!
