Visitation AND Mail Day continue...

Hi, thank you so much for your comments always, I appreciate for you all!
I love read comments, I love comments! :D

Today was a visitation day, so I went to Preschool to see how they are spending everyday!
So it was fun to see them in person!
Today the "Karuta Party" was held at the Preschool, and kids were very good!
Sweetie didn't concentrate on Karuta at all, and he just could get 2 pieces...
Then, he cried because he couldn't get many, lol

He brought back this drawing from Preschool today, he is getting good at drawing just a little by little. He said he drew his teachers and school bus driver! :)

Finally arrived and some gifts

Hello all, how are you doing?
I still have been unwell, but have been visiting doctors and have been having many tests to find out what's wrong in my body.
But when I feel better, I am stitching a little by little, although a few lines a day!

By the way, finally I received my threads and linen for Beatrix Potter Quaker Sampler SAL!
I don't know when I will be able to start it, but I'm so happy to have them with me!
Here are my threads and linen!

Silk threads of Vikki Clayton (Yellow Spice #4167) from Hand Dyed Fibers and the linen is from Silkweaver 36ct Edinburgh (Sandcastle).
I hope this combination will look like the sample photo of the chart! :)

And here is the photo of the Giveaway gift from Susan. She sent me so many lovely charts as her giveaway gift!
Already my son found one from Just Nan and asked me to stitch hedgehog!
Thank you so much, Susan! I really appreciate for your kindness!

And here is a beautiful postcard from Zirzyle in Lithuania!
I sent her an information map of my hometown and she sent me this beautiful Lithuanian Castle's postcard!
I love to see the castles in other countries, and this beautiful castle made me so happy!
Thanks Zirzyle!

And here is another photos of my son cross stitching!
Now he can say "Cross Stitch" clearly, not "Cnoss Sketch" anymore, he asked me to let him stitch some last night.

Lovely chubby cheeks! I love his face line so much!
His cheeks are always prime target of my kiss kiss attack! :) So sweet!
He was very serious and concentrated on stitching.

And here is the result! Oh this time sweetie couldn't make "cross ( x )"... shame!

Nowadays, I'm trying to teach English to sweetie a little by little, but he exactly know the difference of Japanese and English.
So when I was talking on the phone with my friend Fiona in English, he asked me not to speak English because he can't understand what we were talking!
So actually I tried to teach him English some times before, but he refused...

But today I found a good way, as he loves Mickey Mouse so much, I tried to copy Mickey's voice as having Mickey's doll, then he was so happy and started to try to learn English with me (Mickey?)!
And told him, if he could speak English, he can speak to Auntie Carol (Carol R.) and Fiona who he loves so much!
It's so funny, but he always listen to Mickey, although when he doesn't like to brush his teeth, if Mickey asked him to brush them with him, he soon listen to him and do it!
Thank you Mickey Mouse for helping me a lot! lol

I have finished my dear friend's birthday present, and now am trying to start to work for SWAP.
Both are secret presents, so I can't share them at the moment...
So for a while, I won't be able to show you my stitching works, though I'm happy if you would visit my blog as always!

Thanks for stopping by!
Take care and have a lovely weekend.

Mail Day, Stash & My Life...

Hello everyone, how have you been doing?
I still have been unwell, but have to be patient until when I go back to mum's home to be treated, as my husband is again away for business trip (he is so busy!).
I want to have a complete body check-up, but at the moment nobody else can look after my son while I'm in the hospital...
Unfortunately in this country nursing system is not prepared well, I know Western countries have well nursing system or babysitting system from a long long years ago, though...

As you may already know that I'm selling (or trading) my stash on another blog, it doesn't mean that I will quit cross stitch, just my taste has changed a lot, and my dear JP friend gave me so many charts that she doesn't use anymore, so I'm selling them (I mean I'm selling the items which I also had in my stash!).
I normally sell them online auction, but at the moment, I won't be able to ready and send them out quickly, so I decided to sell them here...

By the way, from a few days ago the weather is very dull raining and cold.
But luckily I received many parcels!! :)
Here is my stash! It was the first time for me to ordered items from The Silver Needle.
I saw so many times at someones blog that they wrap beautifully and service is great, so I tried it! Look at this lovely wrapping! The service was great as well, I've contacted a few times about my credit card and it was fun to talk with Terry, one of staff of the shop.

I normally don't post my new stash, though this time I have nothing to show or share, so here it is! I ordered the drill to make twisted code, Q-snap (it's my first Q-snap! I'm exciting!), some charts by Homespun Elegance, Nora Corbett, etc...

And yesterday I was a bit well (because I had no fever last morning), so I tidy up my craft stuffs to pack boxes, and found these twisted codes, etc... from the drawer!
I remember that I bought them to make curtain or cushions, etc... just before I've got married, but I didn't make any one and had been totally forgotten about them!
They are too much for me, so I decided to share them with my dear friends. :)

And here is a surprise gift from Cathey (aka Pumpkin), she has won my blogoversary giveaway Biscornu, and kindly she sent me this beautiful scarf of Breast Cancer Awareness in return.
This is lovely, isn't it! Thank you so much, Cathey!!

And here is a gift from Susan (no blog), some cut linens and some over dyed threads!
Susan has asked me to search some leather handles for the tote bags that I made before for friends, and so I bought them and sent them to her.
She paid me, but she sent me some goodies, too! Thank you so much, Susan!
I really appreciate for your kindness.

Tonight my husband will be back home, but! the house is full of mess, LOL
Basically I hate laundry, I don't know why, but I don't like all the way of laundry.
I was feeling well a bit yesterday, so I wanted to do it but unfortunately the weather was bad, so I couldn't do it and either today, too.

And! Sweetie (my son) makes my work harder... he pees in his pants a lot these few days (lol), so so many his pants and trousers are in the washing machine...

Plus... I think maybe he knows that I have no energy to get angry, he mess up the room with toys, it's awful!! Moreover, he pull out all the clothes from the drawer and put his toys in there instead...
Oh NO!

He is naughty too much these days and so to tidy up with him is quite tough... take so much time.
But yesterday was terrible, there was so many tiny styrene foams in the parcel from The Silver Needle, and he found them sooner.
At first he was playing with them as saying "Mummy, look at this, it's snowing!!", so I gave them to him to play with, but while I was preparing for parcels, I heard something strange noise...and when I looked back, he was smashing those tiny styrene foams into more smaller pieces... (see the photo below...)

I wanted to scream but I changed my mind to be calm, maybe he is thinking something, and it's important to him...
Actually I had no energy to tidy up these pieces last night, so I left them.

But this morning I had to DO it! whew...
First of all, we tidy up toys together, and I vacuumed... from last evening I have slight fever again (I have been having slight fever almost one month now), so it was quite hard to just to vacuum...
Sweetie! Please don't make mummy tired!! Grrrrr

Soon, I can be back to mum's place, so she can help me, sorry to my husband, but it's the first priority to cure my illness.
He is always back home late, and often be away for business trip, so he understands my situation well.

Anyways!! I'm itching to stitch SO much!!!!!
Hope I will be able to stitch soon in my hometown, with nice music and tea. :)
And want to talk with you about stitching soon!

Take care everyone, thanks for visiting!
And also thank you so much for Get well wishes!
I appreciate for your warm heart.

I added many of charts on Sale & Trade page, if you are interested in, please visit my another blog!

Happy Stitching!
From now, I'm going to make donuts for sweetie...

Gifts and Stash

When I saw Carol R.'s Quaker Sampler finished piece on her blog, I fell in love and left comment to its post. She gave me reply and she offered me its chart without any hesitation!
I was so surprised and of course I was so happy to heard of it!
Soon she has sent me a chart, she is so kind, isn't she?!
I really want to stitch this as it is so beautiful, but there are so many WIPs and projects which will be start soon with friends, I won't be able to start this soon... pity!
But one day I definitely stitch this beautifully like she has done!

Thank you so much for your kindness, Carol!

And here are the gifts from my Italian friend Chiara (she has no blog...), she is so kind and to talk (in e-mail, though!) with her is so much fun!
She is a very creative, she is a mosaicst and her spare time she is making beautiful items to sell.

These ceramic buttons and scissor fob are her works! They are so lovely!
And as I asked her to send me some Italian checked linen (I forgot the name "Gra... " something...), she sent me a lot!
Molto grazie amica mia, Chiara!

And here are my stash! :D
As I saw
Carol (just Carol)'s "The Busy Needle" which is a special edition by LHN, I fell in love and have ordered it, and also two more LHN kits + Pine Mountain's pillow kit!
They all are so lovely, I can't be patient to start them!
I should finish my projects first, I can't increase my WIPs more than now!

I also bought some items from eHandcrafts and from some other shops...
Oops, I don't want to see a next month's bill... :(

By the way, I'm still doing a "Give it a way" a chart "Sweet Little Berries" by Little House Needleworks, as I wrote in the last post. If you are interested in it and would like to have it, please just leave a comment (just a line is OK!) on the last post! I will draw lots and choose one person on 16th (Sunday) of March (Japanese time...).

Finally we've got them!

Finally what we've bought are these cups from Starbucks! lol
I really don't know why, but I really wanted them from a long time ago...
We often go to Starbucks to have some coffee and chat with family.
Somehow, and whenever I've been there, I've checked this cup...

It's actually nothing special at all as you already know, but what made me to buy was this part!
These check box on the side of the cup is what I liked, lol
It pretends like a paper cup!

Once I bought tall one, but it was too big for me, so I gave it to my husband and I bought a small one, the other day!

Does your country have original tastes @ Starbucks??
We Japanese Starbucks have "Maccha (green tea) Cream Frappucino" etc...

And I like this "Maccha Cream Frappucino" very much, but only in the summer time, though!

Maison Sajou

One day I wanted to get one from Sajou, and finally I've got it!! Yeah!
When I saw this beautiful blue package in person, I was really excited! LOL

I had been using the one from Eva Rosenstand, and it's really fine, but my mom has just started doing cross stitch, so I gave it to her, then have got this instead of it!
But! This is of course fine and nice, but the Old one is better for me to use at the moment...
It's more sharper and small.

Hhmmm, I may buy the new Eva one for myself again! LOL

Here is the back of the books...

And new scissors on the left one is from Eva Rosenstand!I want to make scissor keeper or scissors case for these three!

But I have so many other things to do ('-' ;), and it seems too difficult for me to make them!
The red one is not good design but it does good job, lol.
