(If I put any mistakes in the above greeting, or if it is rude somehow I hope you will overlook it; my Japanese is really poor--I only know the kana and maybe 100 kanji. :( So, I had to look up things to briefly double check before commenting it here, and it could still have mistakes. Japanese is an important and subtle language, and it is important to have a precise sense of respect and how to know when to use formal speech, which is something I definitely haven't developed yet!)
